Institutions appear alphabetically. No score, league table, star, tier or ordinal position is assigned.
A public-evidence guide to education
One standard.One clear finding.
Leading Institutions identifies schools that meet a complete set of published requirements. Every finding is time-bound, evidence-linked and renewed from public data.
Examine the K–12 standardSchools cannot nominate themselves or submit private evidence for inclusion.
Consideration and inclusion are free. Payment cannot influence a finding.
Every record expires with its edition. A school that no longer meets the standard is removed.
The K–12 framework
Six domains. Every applicable requirement met.
The standard converts the idea of a leading school into published tests that can be checked remotely. It does not convert evidence into a score.
Legal status, stability and integrity
Active authorization, sustained lawful operation, acceptable oversight and no disqualifying regulatory action.
Public evidence sufficiency
Current, institution-specific evidence covering every applicable requirement without login or private submission.
Educational progress and outcomes
Official progress, participation and completion measures tested over defined reporting cycles.
Attendance, continuity and equity
Attendance, persistent absence, severe absence, unexplained exit and published subgroup outcomes.
Staffing, learning conditions and protection
Qualification, vetting, staffing levels, turnover, safeguarding, health and reporting channels.
Family and consumer transparency
Current fees, admissions, curriculum, complaints, safeguarding and withdrawal terms available to the public.
How a finding is made
A controlled evidence chain from register to record.
Selection begins with an official institution universe. Public evidence is then assessed against a frozen edition of the standard.
Freeze the standard
Requirements cannot change during an edition.
Qualify the jurisdiction
Source coverage and definitions must first be adequate.
Fix the universe
All eligible schools come from the official register.
Verify the evidence
Two reviewers independently reproduce each decision.
Publish or remove
Records are issued annually and expire with the edition.
Inclusion is a standards finding, not a recommendation.
A listed institution has met the applicable public standard for the stated edition. Families should still assess personal fit, cost, location, support needs and current circumstances.
